This means candidates must meet one of the following: Hold an Associate's degree or higher Have completed 48 college semester units OR pass the Paraprofessional (ParaPro) Exam If a candidate does not meet the educational requirement, they will need to complete the ParaPro testing process prior to being hired or starting in their position.As an AlphaBEST Early Learning Education Professional, you'll be trained to do the following: Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
