Job Description

Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Boston, hybrid schedule: in office 3 days a week. Duration: Contract. About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join a dynamic team in the finance sector. In this role, you will contribute to managing financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS, and leading revenue recognition technical accounting efforts.

Responsibilities

Manage execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes in compliance with IFRS and GAM.
Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting for US entities, including high-quality documentation supporting month-end close reporting package submissions.
Serve as revenue recognition technical accounting lead, researching and applying IFRS guidance.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency, such as increasing desktop automation.
Lead a team of 2 to 4 direct reports, fostering accountability and collaboration within the US Accounting & Treasury team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred).
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong ERP system knowledge (Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

G2N revenue accounting experience, preferably in the pharma industry.
Experience with Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services operating model.
