Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a busy primary care/urgent care practice in Brooklyn, NY. The provider will deliver comprehensive patient care to patients of all ages while working collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments, evaluations, and physical exams
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic testing and labs
Prescribe medications and treatment plans
Perform routine follow-up care and patient education
Document patient encounters accurately within EMR
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff
Maintain high-quality patient-centered care
Requirements
Active New York FNP License
Minimum 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience required
Strong primary care or urgent care background preferred
Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
