Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Primary Care / Urgent Care

Brooklyn, NY | Full-Time & Part-Time | 12-Hour Shifts

We’re looking for a driven, patient-focused Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a fast-growing outpatient clinic in Brooklyn. What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Perform physical exams, order labs, and interpret diagnostic results
Develop and manage individualized patient care plans
Educate patients and families on prevention, treatment, and long-term care
Maintain accurate, high-quality EMR documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Contribute to patient growth through outreach and engagement initiatives
Support clinic operations, workflow efficiency, and scheduling

What We’re Looking For

Active New York FNP license (APN certification required)
BLS/ACLS certification
Experience in outpatient primary care or urgent care
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Growth mindset with interest in performance-driven success
