Experienced FNP or PA – No Call, Established Team, Strong Work-Life Balance – Rhode Island

Join a well-established primary care team serving a diverse patient population. This is a great opportunity for a confident and experienced clinician looking for a stable, supportive environment and a consistent weekday schedule.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed
Minimum 3 years of experience required – no new grads
Work alongside 2 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers
Provide full-spectrum primary care with an emphasis on prevention, chronic disease management, and wellness
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Closed weekends and holidays
Supportive clinical environment with no on-call responsibilities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Competitive salary: $100,000 – $140,000 depending on experience
