Front-of-House Manager | The Copperfield
The Copperfield is a modern neighborhood restaurant featuring an upscale diner and bar serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a grab-and-go market. Our menu combines comfort food favorites with fresh, locally sourced ingredients in a warm, welcoming atmosphere where genuine hospitality comes first.
We're looking for an experienced Front-of-House Manager to help lead our service team and deliver an exceptional guest experience at one of our south metro locations. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who enjoys coaching people, building strong teams, and creating an outstanding dining experience while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and hospitality.
- Coach, develop, and motivate servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff to deliver consistent service excellence.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management of front-of-house team members.
- Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant presentation.
- Support daily operations by managing floor execution, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring smooth service.
- Assist with manageing labor costs, staffing levels, and operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture where employees can grow and succeed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management or front-of-house leadership experience in a full-service or casual dining environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience with scheduling, staffing, and daily restaurant operations.
- Ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- ServSafe Certification preferred.
