This role is critical to producing high-quality printed packaging while maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities

Operate, set up, adjust, and troubleshoot Folder/Gluer equipment
Run straight-line, auto-bottom, 4-corner, and 6-corner cartons
Monitor production to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency
Make adjustments, clear jams, and maintain consistent output
Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
Follow all safety, OHSE, and cleanliness standards
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of Folder/Gluer machine operation in the food packaging industry
Hands-on experience with setup, troubleshooting, and machine adjustments
Ability to run straight-line, auto-bottom, 4- and 6-corner cartons
Basic math and computer skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Bobst Alpina, ExpertFold, or Domino machines
Knowledge of Leary or Nordson glue systems
Leadership or mentoring experience

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30+ lbs
Comfortable with bending, reaching, and manual handling of materials
Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed
