Food & Beverage ManagerFull-Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits | Leadership RoleAre you a hands-on hospitality leader who knows how to drive results and build strong teams? We’re hiring a Food & Beverage Manager  for our full service Holiday Inn on Portland Airport  to oversee restaurant, kitchen, and banquet operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.This is your opportunity to lead, grow, and make a real impact.About IHG:Holiday Inn is part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hospitality companies with thousands of hotels worldwide.   • Manage daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations (events up to 500 guests).
  • Lead, coach, and schedule F&B team members.
  • Control food, beverage, and labor costs.
  • Ensure outstanding guest service and cleanliness standards.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Partner with culinary leadership on menus and promotions.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of F&B management experience.
  • Strong leadership and financial skills.
  • Experience with banquets or high-volume service preferred.
  • Required food service permits & alcohol awareness certification.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.
