Food and Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant and banquet operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Train and supervise staff to deliver a high level of service that aligns with the club's standards.
• Schedule and manage the day-to-day activities of the food and beverage team.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
• Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders for food and beverage supplies.
• Implement strategies to control costs and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the events team to coordinate and execute banquets, weddings, and special events.
• Ensure all aspects of events, including setup and breakdown, meet or exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
