What you will have an opportunity to do:

We are seeking to hire an experienced Supervisor forour Food and Beverage outlets.As aFood andBeverageSupervisor,you wouldbe responsible forassistingmanagement in the direction and administration of arestaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you wouldbe responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:

Duties Include:

Underdirectionof theFood and BeverageManager, ensureF&Boutlets are supervisedon a daily basis.

Assistwithassociateswork schedules as needed.

Be the direct point of contact for allF&Bassociates.

Perform opening or closing duties when needed.

Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in allF&Bactivities and operations

Monitor,observeandassistin evaluating team member performance

Support andassistteam members in handling guest inquiries and requests and inresolving guest complaints

Ensure compliance with health, safety,sanitationand alcohol awareness standards

Manage andmonitorproduct quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly

Assistin monitoring inventory and inventory control

Communicate and delegate tasks to the team

Ensure compliance of brand standards

Manage guest queries ina timelyand efficient manner

Assistother departments wherever necessary andmaintaingood working relationship

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings,weekendsand holidays

Other duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

Qualifications:

1+ years supervisory experience

2+ years full-servicerestaurant experience as a server or bartender

Previoushotel experience preferred, but not

Good knowledge ofF&Boperations, including barandIn-room Dining

Current Food Handlers and MAST permit, or willing to obtain one within14 daysof hire

Experience working in Micros orSimphonysystempreferred, butnot.
