Role Description

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for creating an atmosphere that will inspire membership, guests and team members to return. The above goals will be accomplished by the proper implementation, promotion, and success of our operations through continual evaluation of the products/services provided while ensuring effective training of the service teams. This position will assist with leading the daily Food & Beverage outlet operations including overall quality, service and service staff performance of the designated outlet.

To be successful in this position, valid experience as a leader in a relatable, upscale F&B operation is crucial. This position will require the successful candidate to use their knowledge and past experiences to immediately assist with the successful execution of the day to day operations while providing outstanding, personalized customer service to our members and guests. Our F&B supervisor will need to have a very strong motivation to lead a team to take ownership and pride in the work that they do and the service that they provide.

F&B Supervisor schedules vary upon business needs including morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Skills/Traits

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast paced, upscale Food & Beverage operation
• Hospitality experience to perform each essential duty at Forbes/AAA 3/4 Star diamond standards.
• Expert knowledge of F&B products and equipment.
• Excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system.
• Experience in a high volume, quality focused establishment is preferred
• Bartending and coffee serving experience a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
• Proficiency in the following software preferred; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Micros POS
• CPR & First Aid preferred
• Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours as business dictates
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire (cost eligible for reimbursement)
• OLCC Certification
