What would you do as a Food and Beverage Supervisor
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and responsibilities. You will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that delight our guests' palates. Train and mentor staff to uphold our high standards of excellence and customer care. What you need to be successful
To excel as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. It is essential to possess a caring, compassionate, and respectful attitude towards both guests and team members. The ability to maintain the physical aspects of the position, such as standing for extended periods and lifting/moving items, is crucial. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail are also necessary to succeed in this role.
