DEPARTMENT: FOOD & BEVERAGE
REPORTS TO: FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
STATUS: SEASONAL (NON-EXEMPT)

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for positive individuals to lead our food & beverage areas to provide quality service as well as consistent products.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer service to take orders for food, snacks, drinks, and treats
- Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine
- Assist with food prep and cooking
- Keep all food service areas clean and neat
- Balance cash drawer at end of shift
- Handle any customer complaints
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are being followed
- Ability to lead and set example for other Team Members
- Open/close concession stands and ensure all procedures are followed
- Monitor quality control and maximize efficiency
- Other duties as assigned leadership
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work nights/weekends/holidays
- Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
- Minimum two years of customer service experience with general public preferred
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Facility has intermittent noise
