REPORTS TO: GENERAL MANAGER
STATUS: PART- TIME (NON-EXEMPT)

POSITION SUMMARY
The Food & Beverage Team Members is responsible for assisting with our food & beverage areas to provide quality service as well as consistent food and beverage products.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer service to take orders for food, snacks, drinks, and treats
- Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine
- Ability to accurately complete sales transactions using cash register/POS System
- Assist with food prep and cooking
- Keep all food service areas clean and neat
- Balance cash drawer at end of shift
- Other various duties as assigned by your manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work weekends
- Willingness to follow directions
- Friendly customer service demeanor
- Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
- One year of customer service experience with general public preferred
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Must be 16 years of age or older
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- May be required to stand for extended periods of time
- Facility has intermittent noise
