About Tito's Italian Grill: Tito's Italian Grill is a vibrant, family-friendly restaurant located near the Coeur d'Alene Resort. Known for our wood-fired pizzas, hearty pastas, and welcoming atmosphere, we serve both locals and visitors in a lively lakeside setting. Tito's delivers classic Italian hospitality with a fun, fast-paced twist.
The Role: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking team member to fill Expo position. In this role, you'll help keep the dining room clean and running smoothly while also serving as a key communicator between the kitchen and front-of-house staff. You will ensure that plates are delivered accurately and looking great, and that tables are turned quickly and cleanly.
Key Responsibilities:
Run food from the kitchen to guests while ensuring proper presentation
Double-check plates at the expo line for accuracy and completeness before delivery
Assist servers with water refills and guest needs when appropriate
Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to coordinate timing and orders
Maintain a clean and organized expo station
What We're Looking For:
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and pride in presentation
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous restaurant or food-running experience is helpful but not required
