Food Expeditor

We are seeking an organized and efficient Expediter to join our team. As an Expediter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations in our kitchen and providing excellent customer service. If you have experience in bussing, food preparation, or customer service in a hotel or culinary setting, we encourage you to apply. 

Responsibilities:

• Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to prioritize and expedite orders
• Ensure that all food items meet quality and presentation standards
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as necessary
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures 

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Experience is a Plus
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service skills and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift to 20 lbs. and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
