Job Description

Earn $16-$18/hour as a Prep and Production Cook at our Commissary Kitchen, a high-volume prep and production facility on Madison's east side.

What you'll do

Wash, chop, sauté, boil, mix, peel, package, label. Repeat until delicious!

Participate in food prep and production, including preparation of sauces, dressings, and meats, and washing and chopping fresh vegetables.
Ensure accurate packaging and labeling of products.
Meet high cleanliness and quality standards.
Work with a supportive, fun crew!

What We're Looking For

If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you!

Able to be on your feet, walking and standing, for long periods.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. This is an active job!
Comfortable using ovens, knives, grills, pots, pans and other kitchen tools.

Scheduling and Availability

Our Commissary Kitchen operates Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 6:00AM - 8:00PM and Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays from 6:00AM - 2:00PM.

We're currently seeking Prep and Production Cooks with flexible and open availability. Ideal candidates will be available for the following required shifts:

1-2 PM shifts per week (12:00PM - 8:00PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays)
2 Saturday shifts per month (6:00AM - 2:00PM)

Part-time or full-time hours are available.
