What You'll Do As a Food Processing Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the meat grinding crew throughout the shift to ensure smooth operations.*
- Transitioning machinery for breakdowns and preparing equipment for sanitation at 4 pm.*
- Dicing and grinding high-quality proteins to meet production specifications.*
- Operating equipment such as mixers, grinders, and patty presses confidently and safely.*
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area, follow safety procedures, and adapt to cold conditions and water spray environments.*
- Standing for extended periods and working in a team-oriented setting with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Ability to work in cold environments and endure standing for long periods.*
- Comfort working in water spray conditions and below-the-knee water protection.*
- Strong team player mentality with good communication skills.*
- Reliable attendance and a positive, proactive attitude.*
- No specific certifications required but experience in food processing is a plus.*
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift.
