Job Description

Job Title: Food Production AssociateLocation: Park Rapids, MNCompensation: $21.43-$23.09 per hour - paid weeklySchedule: All Shifts AvailableJob Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hireAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Food Production Workers for a leading food industry supplier in Park Rapids, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality products in a clean, fast-paced environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more details!What You'll Do as a Food Production Associate:

Remove foreign material and non-standard products from processing equipment
Trim defects from raw products
Inspect raw and processed products to ensure quality
Perform sanitation duties using pressure washers, scrub brushes, and scrapers during downtime and clean-up periods
Work in temperature and humidity extremes

What You Need to Bring to the Food Production Associate Role:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and peers
Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally (with or without reasonable accommodations)
Ability to push/pull forces up to 100 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodations)
Ability to climb stairs or ladders up to 60 feet occasionally
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and walk up to a half-mile frequently #IndeedNorth
