You'll work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure efficient and safe processing, contributing directly to the company’s success and product quality.What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and press dough into pie shells or tins as needed to meet production schedules.*
• Fill baked goods like pies and cobblers with various ingredients, ensuring consistency and quality.*
• Assist with mixing ingredients, stocking supplies, dumping, and packaging finished products.*
• Scoop flour, sugar, and other powdered ingredients into containers ranging from small quart sizes to large 50-gallon drums.*
• Place dessert products into retail-ready packaging and apply labels accurately.*
• Stack trays and maintain cleanliness and organization in the production and warehouse areas at all times to meet health and safety standards.*
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to quality controls to produce top-tier products efficiently.

What You’ll Bring:

• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English or Spanish.*
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and lift between 30-50 lbs, with team lift assistance available.*
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.*
• Prior experience in food production or similar manufacturing environments is preferred but not required.*
• Reliable transportation and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
