Food Production Assembler Urgently hiring in Silverton! Job Title: Food Production AssemblerPay: $15.75 - $16.75 per hourHours: Day shift (6am start, 10-hour shifts) & Swing shift (4pm start, 10-hour shifts) (weekdays only)Start Date: ASAPLooking for a hands-on role with career growth opportunities? Join a reputable food manufacturing company as a Food Production Assembler in Silverton, Oregon and make an impact every day.As a Food Production Assembler, you'll support daily operations of food production. You'll work closely with the manufacturing team to deliver results that make a difference in the quality and success of our products.What You'll DoAs a Food Production Assembler, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and pressing dough into pie shells or tins to meet production schedules*
- Filling pies and cobblers with ingredients while ensuring consistency and quality*
- Assisting with mixing ingredients, stocking supplies, dumping, and packaging finished products*
- Scooping flour, sugar, and other powdered ingredients into containers (from quart sizes up to 50-gallon drums)*
- Placing dessert products into retail-ready packaging, applying labels accurately, and stacking trays while maintaining a clean, organized work area
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English or Spanish*
- Comfort with repetitive tasks and ability to lift 30-50 lbs. with team lift assistance*
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety*
- Reliable transportation and a positive, team-oriented attitude (food production experience preferred)
