In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality products in a clean, fast-paced environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit.   • Remove foreign material and non-standard products from processing equipment
  • Trim defects from raw products
  • Inspect raw and processed products to ensure quality
  • Perform sanitation duties using pressure washers, scrub brushes, and scrapers during downtime and clean-up periods
  • Work in temperature and humidity extremes
What You Need to Bring to the Food Production Associate Role:
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and peers
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally (with or without reasonable accommodations)
  • Ability to push/pull forces up to 100 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodations)
  • Ability to climb stairs or ladders up to 60 feet occasionally
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and walk up to a half-mile frequently #ParkRapidsJobs
