- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
- Ensure each dish is presented correctly and matches the order
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, servers, and cashiers
- Assist with organizing and staging orders for dine-in and takeout
- Check that guests have everything they need (utensils, sauces, napkins, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food running stations
- Help clear tables and support the team during busy periods
- Provide friendly and attentive hospitality to all guests
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stay organized and pay attention to detail
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to carry trays and lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable moving quickly between the kitchen and dining areas
