Responsible for assembly of food items of customers (physicians, employees, visitors, patients, and patient family members) via the serving line. Responsible for sanitation of work area and equipment. Population served: Members of the Dietary department interact with all ages of visitors and patients within the hospital as well as Inpatients with specific dietary needs.
