Take the next step in your restaurant management career by joining Old Town Pub as our new full-time Food Service Assistant Manager! We're looking for an enthusiastic leader who can keep up with a fast-paced environment and step in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. Must-Haves:

5+ years of related management experience
Food service experience
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial functions
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to team development and customer satisfaction

Food Service Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

You'll work closely with our general restaurant manager to make sure we serve quality food that meets and exceeds guests' expectations. You'll handle the important behind-the-scenes functions that keep our restaurant running smoothly, including scheduling employees, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating finances like sales versus cost numbers. Each day, you'll oversee staff members, jump in to help where needed, and take care of any customer problems. You'll train new hires, make sure kitchen staff follow all quality and safety rules, and assist with general administrative matters to make a significant difference every day!
