SALARY: $19.50/hr.LOCATION: Warrenton, ORSCHEDULE: Seasonal; varied schedules available, with early-morning through evening shifts. Schedules are published weekly and may include rotating coverage.POSITION TYPE: Seasonal, with potential for a long-term position based on business needs and performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare and serve meals according to daily and weekly menus.
• Assist with food prep by pulling, portioning, and preparing ingredients ahead of service.
• Set up, stock, and break down food service lines before and after meals.
• Follow food-safety requirements, including time and temperature controls, sanitation practices, and required logs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, prep, storage, and service areas.
• Complete end-of-day tasks, including cleaning equipment, logging temperatures, and securing the kitchen.
• Follow all HACCP, OSHA, and internal kitchen procedures.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• At least one year of kitchen, cafeteria, food service, or similar experience.
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to follow recipes, menus, schedules, and established procedures.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work a varied weekly schedule.
• A positive, team-oriented approach in a busy kitchen environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires standing for extended periods, repetitive movement, lifting, pushing, and pulling materials up to 50 lbs., and working in both hot and cold kitchen environments.
