Food Service DirectorFull-Time | $25 per hour
Our skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Food Service Director to oversee daily food service operations and help ensure residents receive nutritious, appetizing meals in a safe and welcoming environment.Responsibilities:Oversee food preparation, meal service, and kitchen operations
Develop menus that meet residents' nutritional and dietary needs, including diabetic, low-sodium, and modified-texture diets
Lead, train, schedule, and support dietary staff
Manage food inventory, ordering, and food costs
Ensure compliance with state and federal food safety, sanitation, and infection control requirements
Promote a positive dining experience that supports resident dignity and satisfaction
Address resident feedback and concerns regarding meals and service
Requirements:Previous food service management experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting
SafeServ Certification required
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
