Job Summary
Performs a variety of food service duties in support of daily operations, including preparing, assembling, and serving food and beverages. Ensures quality, safety, and efficiency while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Prepare food items by rinsing, peeling, slicing, dicing, weighing, and measuring ingredients
Follow standardized recipes to prepare and portion menu items accurately
Wrap, label, and properly store food items according to safety guidelines
Maintain appropriate food temperatures and portion control standards
Serve customers in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner
Provide information regarding menu items, ingredients, and availability
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and service stations
Monitor and escalate customer concerns or issues to management as needed
Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and service standards
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of food service operations, including line setup and temperature control
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, presentation, and quality standards
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with accuracy
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and kitchen tools
Ability to lift and handle heavy items as needed
Basic understanding of inventory control and supply management
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
2–3 years of relevant food service experience required
Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and safety guidelines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
