Job Description

Food Service Kitchen manager needed for school food service in the Plato Tampa, FL area. Full time, 7 hours daily. Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays. Summers off.

ServSafe® Certification a plus

Cooking experience is required. National School Lunch Program preferred.

Must be able to work in a team setting, and oversee the operation on a daily basis. Management experience is needed.

Duties to Include:

Food Preparation and cooking according to the NSLP guidelines.
Following all food safety and handling procedures.
Enforce the use of personal protective equipment at all times
Staffing
Training
Ordering
Inventory
POS systems.
