Our research-informed Balanced Learning® approach gives every team member the tools and guidance to support children’s natural curiosity while helping them build confidence and independence. Every role here matters—and yours is essential.
Desired skills and experience:

- Ability to relate positively to young children and staff
- Previous experience in high-volume food preparation (serving 100+ children daily) preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed for daily tasks and safety situations
Our Unique Benefits:
- Excellent, competitive pay (increases with experience)
- Sign-on bonus available
- 401(k) plan
- Positive, supportive work culture
- Paid sick time, holidays, snow days, and vacation
- Health, vision, dental, and life insurance
