As a PRN (as-needed) Dishwasher, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by washing dishes, glassware, and utensils, while also assisting with other kitchen duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dishwashing:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using both manual and machine methods.

• Load and unload dishwashers.

• Ensure proper drying and storage of clean items.

• Prioritize loads of different types of crockery and kitchenware.

• Kitchen Cleanliness:

• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.

• Sweep and mop floors, wipe down counters, and remove trash.

• Assisting with Other Duties:

• Assist with basic food preparation tasks (e.g., peeling vegetables, portioning ingredients) as needed.

• May be required to help with bussing tables or other food service tasks.

• Assist with unloading deliveries.

• Equipment Maintenance:

• Regularly check and maintain the dishwasher and other cleaning equipment.

• Report any malfunctions or issues to the kitchen manager.

• Other:

• Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.

• Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude.

• Be available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
