Food Service Worker

This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen where you’ll prepare and serve meals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work with team members to prepare and serve meals according to daily and weekly menus
• Follow food safety guidelines, including time and temperature controls and proper logging
• Set up and break down food service lines before and after meals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across kitchen, prep, and storage areas
• Assist with food prep, including pulling and preparing ingredients in advance
• Complete end-of-day tasks such as cleaning equipment, logging temperatures, and securing the kitchen
• Follow all HACCP, OSHA, and internal procedures

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to follow recipes, schedules, and structured procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position works in a kitchen environment and requires standing for long periods, performing repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
