Are you tired of flat-rate politics, waiting on advisors, or spending your day inside the same service bay?

Luther Family Ford is looking for a motivated technician to join our Mobile Service team. You'll perform factory recalls, routine maintenance, and light repairs at customers' homes and businesses while driving a fully equipped company service vehicle.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician looking for more independence or someone with strong mechanical ability who wants to build a long-term career with one of the Midwest's most respected Ford dealerships.

What You'll Do

• Complete Ford recalls, maintenance services, and light mechanical repairs.
• Travel to customer homes and businesses in a fully equipped mobile service van.
• Follow Ford repair procedures and quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and answer questions.
• Verify repairs and ensure every vehicle leaves fixed right the first time.
• Maintain inventory, tools, and the appearance of your mobile service vehicle.
• Accurately document repairs using dealership technology.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Takes pride in producing quality work.
• Enjoys working independently and managing their day.
• Has mechanical aptitude (automotive experience preferred).
• Delivers excellent customer service.
• Is dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Communicates professionally in person, by phone, email, and text.
• Has a clean driving record and can pass a background check.
