Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation
• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and depositions
• Maintain accurate data entry and case tracking systems
• Communicate with clients professionally and promptly via phone and email

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of foreclosure paralegal experience, including staff supervision and Bachelors degree
• Strong understanding of legal procedures, court filing requirements, and litigation processes
• Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with legal terminology
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
• Experience with legal software systems, including Casemax, is preferred
