Job DetailsFORECLOSURE PARALEGAL — BANKRUPTCY & CREDITORS' RIGHTSA well-established Tampa Bay law firm's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice group is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to manage a busy commercial foreclosure caseload. This is a hands-on role supporting attorneys across all phases of creditors' rights and foreclosure proceedings throughout Florida state courts.Responsibilities

• * Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• * Correspond with clients and maintain strong client relationships
• * Coordinate hearings, deadlines, and case schedules
• * Interface with state courts throughout Florida
• * Prepare and file court documents
• * Manage case files and maintain accurate case records
• * Assist attorneys with all phases of commercial foreclosure proceedings

Qualifications

• * Prior experience handling commercial foreclosure matters required
• * Knowledge of Florida state court systems and filing requirements
• * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• * Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) designation preferred or willingness to pursue certification
