Proficiency with Adobe Captivate and related eLearning authoring tools

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred:Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Information Technology, Web Design, or a related field

Experience managing or developing content within a Learning Management System (LMS)Familiarity with Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) operations, knowledge of Foreign Military Sales processes and release requirements

Experience supporting operational or government training environmentsDAY-TO-DAY AS OUR FOREIGN MILITARY SALES (FMS) ELEARNING SPECIALISTAs our FMS eLearning Specialist, your day will revolve around turning mission-critical information into engaging and effective learning experiences. You'll collaborate with technical experts and program personnel to understand evolving mission planning software, systems, and operational requirements, then transform that knowledge into interactive eLearning courses that support Foreign Military Sales programs. You'll continuously update and refine training materials to reflect changing technologies, review and test learning products to ensure accuracy and functionality, and develop supporting user guides and documentation that help learners confidently navigate complex systems. Every course you build and every enhancement you make will directly contribute to the success of international partners and end users who rely on quality training to perform at their best.PREDICTABLE HOURS. MEANINGFUL WORK.This is a full-time position located at Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, Utah.
