These are complex, large-scale projects where underground construction meets agriculture and public works. (Municipal and public works projects, canal tie ins, large pipeline systems, pump station installs and rehabilitation, tank replacement, reservoir storage projects. Complex irrigation systems at scale.)

Your Dailies
You will lead crews on projects that include deep trenching, large-diameter pipeline installation, pump stations, and critical water infrastructure. These are meaningful projects that impact communities, agriculture, and water systems.

Foreman (Construction / Public Works) – Your Daily Job Duties
You will oversee daily public works projects on site, including overseeing a crew ensuring work in completed safely, on time and to quality standards, for municipalities projects throughout California, leading projects from start to finish.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate crew members and subcontractors on site
- Plan, schedule, and assign work activities based on project timelines and priorities
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety protocols
- Communicate project updates, delays, and issues to the team
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and proper use
- Inspect work in progress and completed work to ensure quality
- Troubleshoot job site challenges and implement solutions
- Train and mentor crew members
- Maintain accurate daily reports, time tracking, and job documentation on the job site
- Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Foreman (Construction / Public Works) – Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit
You have:
- Prior experience with construction public works / municipal projects – working with cities, states or districts, municipalities, public agencies on underground utilities (wet or dry), infrastructure or water / irrigation related projects
- Passion and experience overseeing construction crews in the field
- Strong experience reading plans and blueprints
- Ability to travel throughout Central California to job sites and work on site
- Clean driving record, ability to drive a company truck
Foreman (Construction / Public Works) – Benefits for You
You will be provided with a company truck, company provided medical insurance (your premium almost entirely covered by the Company), dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, paid time off and 401k retirement.
Your compensation will be $70 to $75 per hour plus fringe benefits. Total compensation $150,000 + (includes applicable fringe benefits).
