The Fork Truck Operator / Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products throughout the facility. This position combines warehouse and forklift responsibilities with inventory tracking and basic administrative duties using SAP.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials from suppliers and production and verify packing lists against purchase orders using SAP or boxing reports.
• Count, sort, organize, and store materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to inventory requirements.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, and material requests and distribute materials and tools to production areas.
• Record quantities of materials received and distributed using material requisitions, receiving tickets, and related documentation.
• Weigh or count materials to ensure quantities meet company requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within SAP.
• Operate fork trucks and other material handling equipment safely.
• Use electronic counting and weighing scales as required.
• Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Work closely with production and warehouse team members to ensure materials are available when needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required.
• Inventory experience is required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Experience using SAP is preferred.
• Ability to use email and basic computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle crates up to 12 feet long using a forklift.
