Forklift Operator 2nd & 3rd ShiftLocation: Wooster, OHPay: $20.97 per hourJob Type: Full-Time | On-SiteSchedule: 4-Day Workweek | Overtime AvailableStart Date: Immediate OpeningsAlliance Industrial Solutions is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for full-time openings with a reputable automotive parts manufacturer in Wooster, OH. These positions support material movement throughout the facility, including production areas, storage areas, staging areas, and shipping and receiving.This is a great opportunity for candidates with forklift, warehouse, manufacturing, material handling, shipping and receiving, or inventory movement experience who are looking for steady hours, weekly pay, and long-term career potential.Available Shifts2nd Shift MondayThursday, 3:45 PM2:15 AM Overtime: Friday, 8-hour shift as needed3rd Shift SundayWednesday, 7:15 PM5:45 AM Overtime: Thursday, 8-hour shift as neededResponsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility
- Load and unload materials from trucks, storage areas, and staging areas
- Transport materials to designated areas within the facility
- Stage, stack, organize, and move materials according to work instructions
- Maneuver forklifts safely in tight spaces and around team members, equipment, and materials
- Follow proper loading and unloading procedures to prevent product or material damage
- Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Support material flow between departments as needed
- At least 1 year of forklift operating experience
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping and receiving, or material handling environment
- Ability to safely load, unload, stage, stack, and move materials
- Comfortable working 2nd or 3rd shift
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and material handling procedures
- Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled overtime as needed
- $20.97 per hour starting pay
