Job Description
Forklift Operator
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a motivated and reliable Order Selector to join a fast-paced, growing team in Tarrant, AL. Pay Rate$14.00 per hour
Schedule and HoursFull-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities
Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, pallet jack, or cherry picker) safely and efficiently
Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and products within the warehouse
Transport goods to designated areas such as storage racks, shipping docks, or production lines
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines
Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals
Forklift Operator Qualifications and Requirements
Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
Prior warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred
Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
Experience training or mentoring warehouse staff is a plus
Job TypeFull-time, temporary with temp-to-hire opportunities.
