Job Title: Forklift OperatorPay: $23.00$25.00 per hourHours: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 3:30/4:00 PMStart Date: ASAP Looking for a rewarding career in a dynamic warehouse environment? Join a dedicated team as a Forklift Operator in Portland, Maine, and play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. As a Forklift Operator, you'll support daily warehouse functions by safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Your work will ensure efficient unloading, inventory movement, and outbound shipments. You'll collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to keep things organized and maintain high safety standards.What You'll Do As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for: Operating forklifts and stand-on pallet jacks safely and efficiently Unloading palletized water from 40-foot containers Moving pallets and inventory throughout the warehouse Loading outbound trucks and containers Assisting with order picking, packing, and occasional hand-stacking or lifting for small projectsWhat You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Previous forklift and warehouse experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably Steel-toed boots/shoes and casual work attire (no ripped or torn clothing) Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems is a plus A high school diploma or equivalent preferredWhy Join Us in Portland?
