In this role, you'll help keep products moving efficiently throughout a large distribution center while supporting inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. • Operate powered industrial forklifts to move, stack, and organize products throughout the warehouse
• Complete daily forklift inspections and follow all operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Load and unload trucks, receive shipments, and put away inventory
• Pick products and transport materials accurately using scanning equipment
• Assist with inventory control and maintain organized warehouse storage areas
• Identify and report damaged products, inventory shortages, or discrepancies
• Replace propane tanks and/or charge forklift batteries as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Forklift Operator Role:

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 1 year of forklift or lift truck operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
• Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Forklift certification (training provided)
• SAP scanning experience is a plus
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment and follow established procedures
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, if applicable
