About the Role As a Forklift Operator, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Your primary responsibilities include operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely, managing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Your efforts will directly contribute to fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Available Shift Times: Flexible shifts available, including day and evening options

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse machinery in compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage inventory by organizing, stocking, and relocating supplies as needed.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and damage prevention.
• Prepare products for shipping and receipt, including labeling and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Key Requirements:

• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
• Prior warehouse or similar experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
