Job Description

Forklift OperatorPenmac Staffing is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a full-time opportunity in the Conway, AR area. This is a temp-to-hire position. Requirements for the Forklift Operator

Recent sit-down forklift experience required (must have operated a sit-down forklift between 2021 and 2026)
Must have been forklift certified through a previous employer
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment in a warehouse or production environment
Ability to bend, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds

Forklift Operator Responsibilities

Operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and store materials
Transport products throughout warehouse and production areas
Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns

Forklift Operator Schedule and Pay

Full-time
Monday through Friday
5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
Overtime may be required based on production needs
Pay: $15.00 per hour
