Job Description
We are looking for Forklift Operators/Warehouse Associate in
Albuquerque, New Mexico
Job Type: 1st shift
Pay Rate: $21.82
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to support logistics operations within a warehouse and/or data center environment. This role plays a critical part in material handling, equipment transport, and inventory control, with a strong emphasis on safe and efficient forklift operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate unload shipments and transport server racks to designated areas Receive, verify, and process incoming inventory using packing lists and BOLs
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
- Perform inventory tracking, audits, and cycle counts
- Accurately complete system transactions for receiving and shipping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (5S standards)
- Communicate with team members, vendors, and internal departments
- Assist with boxing, unboxing, and general warehouse duties
- Follow all safety procedures and meet daily productivity goals

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Standup/Reacher Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, electric tugs)
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed
- Team player with good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or data center experience
- Inventory control or shipping/receiving experience
