Warehouse & Forklift OperatorPay:$16.00 $17.00 per hour (DOE)Location:Oklahoma City, OK 73173Shift:1st Shift | Monday Friday | 7: 00 AM 5: 00 PMLunch:1-Hour Unpaid Lunch BreakJob Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125319Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable Warehouse & Forklift Operator to support warehouse, shop, and yard operations in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for operating a forklift, moving materials throughout the facility, loading and unloading deliveries, and assisting with general labor duties as needed.The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors while supporting multiple departments throughout the facility.Required Experience & Skills Previous forklift, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and dependable attendance REQUIRED Reliable transportation to and from work Comfortable working indoors and outdoors year-round Ability to safely perform material handling tasks throughout the shift Commitment to workplace safety and quality standardsEssential Duties & Responsibilities Operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials safely throughout the facility Move materials between buildings, work areas, storage locations, and production departments Load and unload trucks, deliveries, and incoming shipments Support warehouse, shop, and yard operations as needed Assist production and fabrication teams with material handling and workflow support Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Inspect materials for damage and report issues to supervisors Perform general labor duties and assist with special projects as assignedPreferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience Forklift certification or extensive forklift operating experience Experience working in shop or yard environments Material handling and inventory experiencePhysical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift Ability to perform repetitive material handling tasks Ability to work safely around forklifts, trucks, and industrial equipment Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsWork Environment Warehouse, shop, and outdoor yard environment Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions throughout the year Active industrial setting with forklifts, trucks, and moving materials Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and teamwork PPE required as designated by company safety policiesWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay based on experience Consistent first-shift schedule Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity for permanent placement and increased pay based on performance Diverse work environment with warehouse, shop, and yard responsibilitiesReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 405-367-3076 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:3625 S Council Rd.Oklahoma City, OK 73179Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PMStand-By Personnel
