Forklift Operator / LoaderPay:$15.00 per hourLocation:Oklahoma City, OK 73179Shift:Monday Saturday | 9: 00 AM Finish(Lots of Overtime Available)Job Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125598Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable Forklift Operator / Loader to join a busy manufacturing team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for loading and unloading materials, operating forklifts, supporting fabrication and production teams, and assisting with daily warehouse and yard operations.The ideal candidate has industrial or warehouse experience, enjoys hands-on work, and is committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Required Experience & Skills Previous experience in an industrial, construction, warehouse, or general labor environment Forklift experience preferred Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Willingness to work overtime as needed Commitment to workplace safety and qualityEssential Duties & Responsibilities Load and unload materials, products, and equipment safely and efficiently Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment when trained and authorized Move materials throughout the shop and yard to support production Assist fabrication and welding teams with production-related tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and standard work practices Meet daily production and quality expectations Perform general labor duties, including lifting, climbing, standing, bending, and squatting throughout the shift Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Perform additional duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications Previous forklift certification or operating experience Manufacturing or fabrication experience Experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment Strong teamwork and communication skillsPhysical Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, squatting, and repetitive movement Ability to work in varying temperatures and industrial conditions Comfortable working extended hours and overtime as neededWork Environment Industrial manufacturing and fabrication facility Combination of shop, warehouse, and outdoor work areas Fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and productivity Overtime opportunities available on a regular basisWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Consistent overtime available Opportunity to build forklift, warehouse, and manufacturing skills Stable employer with opportunities for advancementReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text (405) 367-3076 for more information.You can also apply in person through:Stand-By Personnel Oklahoma CityMonday Friday | 8 AM 4 PM
