Job Description

Warehouse Forklift Operator

Day Shift: $19.00 per hour-Monday through Friday 7:30am-5pm
Night Shift: $20.00 per hour-Monday-Friday 2pm-11:30pm

Warehouse Forklift Operator Must-Have Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
Experience operating one or more of the following: Stand-Up Reach Truck, Sit-Down Forklift, Dock Stocker, Order Picker, or Electric Pallet Jack
Experience using RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Basic computer and inventory system experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime when required
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)

Warehouse Forklift Operator Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Material Handling

Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment to move products throughout the warehouse
Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
Transport materials to storage locations, staging areas, and shipping docks
Stack, store, and retrieve pallets while maintaining product integrity

Order Fulfillment

Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners
Verify product quantities and locations for accuracy
Assist with shipping, receiving, and replenishment activities
Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards

Inventory Control

Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
Report inventory discrepancies or damaged products
Maintain accurate inventory throughout the warehouse
