Pay & Schedule

$67,000-$72,000/year total compensation

Hourly pay: $21.16/hr to start, increasing to $22.87/hr after 90 days

Production bonus + shift premium

354 hours of scheduled annual overtime

What You'll Do

  • Cut and bundle steel to meet custom orders
  • Operate saws, cranes, forklifts, and conveyors
  • Perform quality checks and follow ASTM standards
  • Keep your area clean and organized (5S)
  • Communicate clearly with your team and follow safety rules

What You Need

  • 1-3 years of industrial or production experience
  • Forklift and/or crane experience
  • Ability to pass Gerdau's entrance and fit-for-duty exams
  • Physical ability to lift, climb, bend, and operate equipment
