Form Carpenters & Concrete Finishers
Location: Branson, Missouri
Employment Type: Full-Time LOCALS ONLY NO PER DIEM
Pay: $17 - $28 per hour depending on experience (no per diem)
Company Overview:
United Trades of America is hiring for skilled Form Carpenter/Concrete Finishers in Branson and the surrounding Ozarks region who specialize in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure concrete projects. Our team is committed to quality craftsmanship, safe work practices, and delivering projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, set, and secure formwork for foundations, walls, and slabs
- Measure, cut, and assemble form components according to project plans
- Place, screed, level, and finish concrete to required specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment safely
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite, following OSHA and company safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Form Carpenter and/or Concrete Finisher
- Ability to work from construction drawings and precise measurements
- Skilled in concrete placement, leveling, and finishing techniques
- Knowledge of rebar installation and formwork systems is a plus
- Reliable transportation to Branson job sites
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- OSHA10 preferred
